Life is a journey card-penny black challenge week 103

very quick update (coz i am busy watching TV :P- war of the worlds that shown in my local TV).

This card created for penny black challenge-what is on your garden.

It took me sometimes to decorate as i can find a place to decor without spoilt the complete view of the clouds. ^_^

So here is the card.

AC Cardstock, Mylittleboxshoes pattern paper, Prima marketing flower, ribbon, buttons, penny black stamp, caran d'ache watercolour pencils,distress ink-scattered straw.

Just a quick update..I created A mini tag from recycle paper board.

here it is!

Sorry the picts a little bit blur ^_^

i stamped flower shape stamp from kodomo inc to the grunce paper. Top layer is distress with rusty hinge and wild honey. The bottom layered is distress and sprayed with glimmer miss. Attached both of the flowers together with brad. I applied adirondack dimension pearls surround the brad.

Scroll chipboards are from maya road. It is distress with fired brick and applied diamond glazed on top of it.

Girl shape cjipboard is painted with shimmerz-pink. Heart shape chipboard is distress with fired brick.

Crown and alphas )thanks to you) are distressed with wild honey

Background : i stamped friend stamps from hero arts and emboss it with clear embossing powder. I did distress with peeled paint, wild honey and rusty hinge.

Other items used: Gaffer tape- 7 gypsies, strings, flower brads

Disaster layout!! T_T

So sad! i was trying to create a simple yet but still presentable, end up!! disaster! the black inks is everywhere make the page look so dirty and i simply dont like this layout..

i will still upload it on my blog! well..just for record....

One layout for weememories challenge-WMC7

Woowee! i was in the mood to create a layout. This is inspired by my very new friend angelyn that i met in on of the local scarp shop! what she said is true. If i do scrapbook i can use more of my craft supplies than card! and indeed yes! i did use a lot of it from stickles, paints,glitters,dies cuts,chipboard even my circle cutter that i bought last year and never use it till now!.

well....my layout isnt stunning! but i love the outcome (maybe because i can hoarder in using my supplies without thinking is it too much? will it goes well...aww...dont care ^_^

so here is my layout! i can put a lots of shapes that i like in one layout such as crown,cloud, heart shape, wings, etc.Even bubble wrap that left over from the items that i bought from etsy :P

OVERALL LOOK:

Some of the details :

I stamped bubble wrap use versafine-spanish moss. Could shape from my cute stamp is stamped and cut and applied glitter-star dust on top of it. .Circle frame from maya road is cover with wasai paper. Arrow is coloured with colorbox ink and applied judikins diamond glazed on top of it. Sweet memories sentences are from anna griffin.

Pattern papers: October afternoon, AC Cardstock. Heart and wing are from maya road chipboard. It is painted with acrylic paint. I also applied ranger stickles on top of it. Circle rhinestone is from heidy grace. Stapler,steadler pen

Another maya road chipboard use in here : boy and girl. Boy is coloured with colourbox ink and applied diamond glazed on top of it. For girl : use making memories paint and applied glitter on top of it.

Flower is coloured use shimmerz.

I punched martha stewart border punch to create lace look like. Crown is from mellisa frances,decorated with rhinestone from kaiser rhinestone. Scroll is from maya road and coloured use colorbox.

That is it.

Not much technique, but it took me 3.5 hours to create T_T..

New Buddy!

Hi..

today i have a new buddy! just get it today and it is so costly..but my hubby paid on behalf first..and after that i can pay installment to him :P.

Magnolia with Graphic 45 papers

Yay! finally managed to use one of my Graphic 45 pattern papers. I like their collection but i am not the person who use distress inks a lot. As you know, graphic 45 papers tend to be dark in colour and distress on every side of the paper. So once again i am happily to say, i am succeed use it!

So here is my card

AC Cardstock; graphic 45-fashionista collections; cosmo cricket; Distress inks-peeled paint,scattered straw,tea dye,faded jeans,fired brick, frayed burlap; staz on-black cherry (for the flower rhinestone); EK Success punches; flowers; lace; pearl Ribbons; Versafine inks; watercolour paper-cold press; mellisa frances pearls.

Close up :

For magnolia image i used distress inks to colour.

I twisted lace and pearls ribbons and stick surround the magnolia

INSIDE OF THE CARD :

What i found today in shopping mall ^_^

Hi all...

Sorry for never upload any cards these 2 days..I have been busy with Chores-as per normal, Organizing my craft area-which is never end!, Create a small indexs for my watercolours pencils and copics, lastly doing the House listing-for my future house. Sadly said most of the house that we plan to get are taken! and my turn is on wednesday!!OMGosh!

Anyway.. this is my activities this few days :

1. Creating index for my copic ciao and derwents watercolour pencils

2. Cleaned up my scrap area- sort out some scrap papers

3. Took photos of my dog

4. Shopping

Love at the first sight!! and it is affordable -SGD38.90 for 3 pcs.

And i use it for my precious!
