Few things to share :) and card for today

Hi Everyone...how are you these day? I have been busy with selling of some of my stamps to my fellow friends from Indonesia.so busy checking how to ship, how much and more info about the exchange rate, so dont really have time to craft. Plus lately in the mood to play games than crafting :). well sometime we have to "run" away from our craft table :). Today gonna be a long post..so be patient as i have few things to share :)

Firstly , i am so happy because i won top 3 from unscripted sketches #71, and i have just knew it, it should be about 1-2 weeks ago the news...i didnt check their web because i think i wont won at all...wuah so happy and surprise. I am proudly post the badge on my right bar. :) you can go to their web and follow some of their challenges. it is totally easy the sketches..so i believe you can simply do it :)

Secondly, i am also thrilled to share that my card that i created few months ago was spotlighted in penny black blog. so happy...
talking about Penny Black...if you love this brand you should be happy as they have challenges that going on. They have just did major make over on their blog, facebook, flickr and now even have twitter! :) Follow them on the Facebook and win chances to win stamps from them. Follow the challenges in their blog also will win stamps :). Be inspire by lots of crafter from many countries in their brand new flickr-penny circle.
So for my today card, i would love to enter for their first challenge.scraplift the card that created by ashley m to win stamp of your choice :) isnt that amazing! The will be announce on Oct 4.

Supplies :
Stamps : Penny Black-1679K Candy Time, 30-025 Sentiments
Papers : AC Cardstock
Colour and ink : Derwent inktense watercolour pencils, Pebbles chalks, Memento
Others : Diamond Glaze, Scor pall, white gell pen, glitter, Rhinestone, button, string,EK success scallop puncher

Close up:
I did do faux tiles technique again on this card, but the different is instead of rubbing the whole faux tile with one ink, i did "colour" it with few colours used my chalks.Use scor pal to make diamond shape tiles. Applied versamark onto the whole page. while the versamark ink still wet, apply chalks on top of it. Do the colours and the pattern colour that you like. Once it is done, highlight the line use white gel pen. For Finishing touch i applied diamond glaze on top of the coloured faux tile. I just simply love the glazed look.it make it looks like real tile :)
My hand still feeling "stiff" during the colouring process so may have some rough patches here and there.. :P

So here is the look from the side :
Hope can see the glossy there :)

Would love to enter this card for below challenges :
