Hi Peeps...today card rather special because it is dedicate to myself :P.I have been feeling under the weather as mr rainy has packing his stuff to go for holiday away from singapore and mr sunny has happily enjoy his holiday here...so it is super hot lately...:( so i guess i just need a bigger and cute umbrella to protect me from mr sunny :). So i come up with this idea! I used doily to create the umbrella looks like.by the way this card create for CREATE blog..the challenge for this week will be use doilies. The challenge will end on thursday. so we have enough time to create :)
I used the spacer to create the parabola shape.Cut it and distress the edges with spun sugar.
Decor some of the doily part with ribbon,rhinestone,pom pom and mica flakes.
For the pink background. i used the latest pattern paper collection from my little shoes box and stamped with Hero arts S5447 Large plaid pattern use colorbox inkpad. As for the kraft i use my all time fav stamp : S5101 Raindrop background from hero arts. As for the corner swirl i used CL 311 Valentine Flourishes-love this one as well!
The detail look. i used japanese tape to taped the ribbon edge :)
