Christmas card inspiration- Merry Christmas

10:47 4 Comments
Good Morning!!! Wowee...now start of December. Christmas really comes very close.
As for this year, my house will not have any Christmas deco, me and my husband decided to skip deco our house this year. Cant find anything that we fancy. Plus nowadays Artificial Christmas tree pretty pricey.

Anyway, though my house doesn't have any Christmas deco, my craft room keep rolling creating more Christmas cards, and one of it I share with you today.

I am using this cute penny black stamps which I embossed it with clear embossing before coloured it with distress inks. I also added those cute bow that I cut using mama elephant bow dies. I love this dies so much, you will see I keep using them in my few of my Christmas cards

And here is the inside card.

Christmas card inspiration : Christmas Peace

16:42 8 Comments

Hello...
Good afternoon. Hope you are doing fine.
As for me I will be busy taking care of my dog who went eyes surgery yesterday. The operation went well but has to take care of her intensively. So it will mean less crafting time for me but it is fine, I will still try to still time to craft ^_^

So for today card, I finally gave some love to my old magnolia stamps (trees and the snowman)

I love how the trees turn out as side deco. Though it takes a lot of time to colour and cut it but it is worth it ^_^.

I added perfect pearls white and pink on the trees to add some colours on it. Perhaps next time I will use red and white to looks like more to Christmas theme ^_^

And here is the inside card.

Hello...

As for me I am starting up my exercise activities today by doing some brisk walk and follow by some house chores and a short time to organize my craft stash before I start new project.

Lets back to the card. Today I have another Christmas card inspiration and this time I am using sugar Nellie stamps. In my opinion this stamps cuter than magnolia (Magnolia lover please don't get offended ^_^. I am also magnolia lover). I just don't understand that this stamps not as popular as magnolia in Indonesia and Singapore..i wonder why.

Anyway, I have coloured her using colour pencils and I keep it pale colour as I want to show pastel look card.

And here is the inside card ^_^

Christmas cards inspirtion : Merry Christmas

11:36 2 Comments
Good Afternoon!

Just a quick post for card that I made recently. How could I not love this cutie stamps for this year Christmas. Bought them last year but I only give them attention this year. bad me bad me.
Arent they so adorable ? They are also easy to colour since does not required many colours

This cute elephants image is from Wild Rose Studio which I coloured them use Distress inks (Pumice Stone, Black Soot, Festive Berry, Tattered Rose).
I am so glad that I finally could use those pretty flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts. I seldom make cards with this kind of blue colour so I see this match perfectly...hahaha I am just so elated ^_^

And here is the inside card. I like to keep it simple and has ample of space to write message.

Just a side view of the card. I also added liquid pearls on the background.

Hope you like what I shared today :)

Sending sprinkles and smiles

08:56 0 Comments
Good Morning
Good day to you all.
I have another Birthday card to share with you. I am still using Mama elephant stamp but I chose the rabbit image instead. Same concept as yesterday cards. I have stamped several rabbits images and cut it out to use as a shaker card filler.

The heart shape felt is cut out using MFT dies. I love how bright and fun this card turn out :) Definitely need to make something similar to this again :)

Just a little close up. all the mini rabbits are fussy cut as I don't have coordinating dies.

And here is the inside card :)

Hope you like what I share with you today

Happy Birthday with Sprinkles on top

09:42 0 Comments
Good morning...
Just a quick share of my card.I created this card few weeks back and only get chance to share with you now :).

This card is definitely inside my top 10 favourite cards that I made this year. Love how I come out with the idea making the tiny bear stamp from Mama elephant as part of the shaker card filling :). It takes time to cut them as I don't have the coordinating dies, but i just bought it so perhaps will make some more shaker cards again soon :D.

I love pink but I don't really play with bright tone cardstock. I don't know that the bright pink will look outstanding on all the pastel element.
The word sprinkles is cut using Papertrey ink dies on American craft cardstock.
The filling beads and etc comes together with the dies Sprinkles set.

And here is the closer look of the teddies :).I coloured them use inktense colour pencils.

And here is the inside card.

Hope you like what I shared today :)

See you very soon

Wishing you peace, happiness and the warmth of the season

Good Morning...

Another Christmas card to share today and this time round I am using my old series of Magnolia tilda stamps.
I enjoy to do a Tinchy technique (white emboss the image before colouring). This technique helps me when colouring with distress inks. I am pretty bad with anything related to water T_T.
By the way do you think my handmade Christmas tree acceptable ? heheh...I made it use some mini tinsel and do a zig zag folds before I glue it to the card. I also added stars embellishment and dew drops on it.

Here is the side few of the cards

And of course I must deco the inside card. The sentiment from Stampendous.

I am thinking to join this cards for the following challenges...hope to get chance to win :

Hello everyone. Finally Friday is here and I have another Christmas card to share with you.

For the pattern papers, I use echo park brand. I love this pattern papers so much and I left with few strips and some odd shapes. Until now I still haven't completely finished this pattern papers.
By the way, don't you love the sparkling gold colour strip over there ? that one from AC glitter cardstock. the only glitter cardstock that worth to spend my dollar. I chose gold two tones

And of course..i must deco the inside card. Merry Christmas sentiment from Hero arts which I stamp use versafine ink.

Building your own background use PTI stamps - Happy Vacation

10:45 2 Comments
Good morning. Beautiful day here in Singapore but I am a little sad now.
One of my customers who order customized card from me said that she has not received her card up to now. I have actually sent it on Monday morning and usually by Wednesday or Thursday she should have received it. Though I always state in my shop that I am not responsible if the items lost but I am still feeling sad. Those are my handmade cards and it took me hours to make them. :(
I guess I am as sad and anxious as her. What should I do now? I feel guilty though I am not supposedly feel too as I stated I am not responsible.

While now still dragging my feeling, I still would like to share this happy colour card with you ^_^.
Today card was inspired by sweet Annette Allen  from my clever creations. She has a lot of awesome cards in her blog that totally worth your time to visit :) You will certainly back with some ideas.

My mojo went for walk this few days but it got back when I saw she posted her card in here .
Thank you Annette for the inspiration.

So to create my own background, I decided to pick one of my stamp from PTI called Pack your back.
I stamped various design of luggage use Adirondack peach bellini, PTI limeade ice, hero arts soft sand. As I never use the stamp before, I never take precaution that on the first few stamps, the ink didn't stick well. My hubby convinced me that it look vintage with those faded ink so go on. ^_^.

After I finished building my background, it is time for the main feature. I stamp 2 luggage and hand cut them and layer them one after another. For the flowers, I used rosie possied stamps set with soft sand ink and added a little glitter on it.  For final touch I added few sequins to fill up the empty space.

And her is the inside card ^_^. I love to deco inside card.

Would love to enter some awesome challenge blog

Hope you like what I shared with you today. Have a great Friday!

Building your own backrground use PTI - Congratulations on your special day

11:10 4 Comments
Good morning...
Back with another card today. This time round pretty simple and it is just about stamps and paper.
I am still learning how to align stamp to create a pretty background use Papertrey ink stamp. If you notice the background some out shapes and even never ink properly. Not sure why to be honest :D. But anyway, I am still happy with the final result ^_^.

For this card, I am using only one stamp set from PTI which is called Rosie posie and also mama elephant stamp water blooms.

For the rose, I stamped the image use sweet blush ink from PTI and for the second layer I use distress ink worn lipstic. As for the leaves I use limeade ice ink from papertrey ink. Place bit of sequins here and there otherwise too flat ^_^. The butterfly cut use CC design dies.
As for the honeycombs design. for the First layer (the biggest honeycomb) I used sweet blush follow by soft sand hero arts ink. For the inner part (the smallest honeycomb shape) again I use sweet blush.

And here is the inside card ^_^

Hope you like what I share today. Tips : use non texture cardstock when doing this kind of stamping otherwise will be slightly uneven the image like what I have in my card.

Would love to enter this card for the following challenge -
Simon says stamp- build your own background
Papertake weekly- repeat repeat (flowers, honeycomb, sentiments)

Happy crafting and have a good day :)
