Whimsy Stamp : Wishing you showers of Joy

It is beautiful day and beautiful day calling for mood to make bright and cheery card. 

So here i am back with a new card for the March whimsy stamp releases.  You can find the whole releases at HERE

For this card, i used Rainy day cutie stamp and  Rub a Dub Dub and colored it with copic markers. So sorry but i don't have the color list for it.
