# High Hopes

Good Times-SSS Challenge (updated)

Hi..
this is my 2nd card for today..you can see my other card that i created today for PB Challenge at here.
So this card i created for Simon Says Challenge. Well there is something "unique" or probably tricky in the progress of making card. Will let you know on the below description.
So this is the image for this week challenge. It is only left one day before the date line.
New update : I won stampavie challenge #28 and i am top 3 for the a full pocket of posies challenge ^_^..OMG I am so happy. lol. it has been an ages since i won the penny black...maybe lady luck is with me now..wish me luck for another challenge..lol

And this is my card:

Supplies :
High Hope stamps from my friend-ying pang, 7 gypsie stamp-good times
Sassrafalass (always having difficulty in typing this brand..lol) pattern papers
Stickles-gold
AC Cardstock from earthtones series-orange and green
Mellisa Frances Pearls
Markers....

Here is the close up of the main image:

So what is the tricky..?
It is the markers.
I was Inspired by my friend dorcas (who did experienced on crayola crayon) to find out other cheaper way to colour stamped images. Well..just strike on my mind that i have below markers. Guess how much it is cost?...it is only SGD 2 which mean US$ 1.40..lol..
Since this is water based so i did the same technique like what i normally do with distress inks. (Scribble it on the saucer/glass, mixed with water and use dry brush instead of wet). The best thing from this markers is it has the skin colour!lol...isnt great? So as per normal i use watercolour paper for this image.
I bought this marker from shop called DAISO (i believe singapore and malaysia know this shop)-EVERYTHING IS SGD 2.

So that is it for today..hope you get inspired to save your money and find another alternative to colour your stamped images..
Thank You For Looking
Regards,
Scrapco...
