10:51 1 Comments
Morning...

Thank you so much for staying with me.
I still have not produced any card after my trip.
Today's card i produced before my trip.
I think i might have withdrawal syndrome over my holiday :P.
Luckily i still have some card to share with you.

To my surprise Christmas card was not sell well in the charity, but birthday did sell well, and this card went to a good hand. I pretty much love this card too, how vibrant the colours and the adorable image boost the whole card "performance"

What i did to this card is created a double Z folds which is pretty interesting folds but easy to make.

Here is the rays of beautiful flowers from wild orchird craft and local scrapbook shop which i heard closing down :(.

And here is the main image. I used LOTV stamps and colored it with zig markers on 300gsm watercolour paper.

And the inside card. I keep it simple and flat :)

Hope you like it

See you soon and meanwhile, save some dollar for black friday..yay :)

Hello everyone!

How are you doing? I am feeling great after my trip to Hong Kong. Me and My husband explored those non tourist attraction and we really enjoyed it so much. We found that Hong Kong has many parks in the town and usually has aviary which i love it so much.  I love to see parrots and they are displaying parrots in the aviary. They do take care of the aviary well and you will be surprise that it is like an oasis in the middle of town.

For this trip we also exploring more local foods and restaurant. We also walked alot in the down and uphill till my calves ached for 3 days :P.

Anyway, i would recommend to go Hong Kong if you have chance. This is my 3rd time visit this country and i still want to visit again :).

Back to the card...
Created this card before my trip to Hong Kong for Charity bazar. Sadly,  The charity bazar sales did not went well. Out of 70 cards, only sold about 17 cards. However, i am still grateful that at least some of it sold :).

For this card, i used 2 stamps into one. For the main body i used CC Design Blue Jean , for the mouth and nose i used Big Bow Birgitta.  I colored the image used Zig markers and distress markers.

I have created an easel card this round.
For the flowers i used flower collections from Wild Orchid craft. I also tucked in leaf images behind the flowers which i stamped use altenew stamps.

And here is the inside card. I decorate with this adorable squirrel image from clearly besotted stamp.

I hope you like this card.

Paper Nest Doll : Joy with This adorable snow family

09:51 0 Comments
Hello!!

Thank you for coming back here again.

Today is kind of a special day for me as Christine Young, the owner of Paper Nest Dolls stamp invited me to play with her new Christmas release stamps. If you have not heard this stamp company, you might be in the same boat as me as we missed out something nice here!
Do check out her shop at HERE. She has tons of wonderful stamps that uniquely designed inspired by her children.

So here is the close up of the card.
She is so kind offered me many stamps but since i am only tasked to make one card so i decided to pick one only, just to be fair :)
So out of many cute sneak peeks she gave me, i picked up this cute snow family. Snowman is always be one of my favorite things for Christmas. But hey! did i choose a wrong colour here for the landscape ?
No i did not, in fact i did it on purpose :P.
In Singapore, we don't have winter and what we have is sunny and rainy. So i thought i make a Christmas card that a little bit close to reality. Green grass and blue skies :).

So here is the whole look of the card.
For the main image i colored with copic markers and Prismacolor pencils.
For the pattern papers i used lawn fawn and echo park pattern papers. I really love the color combos here.

The beautiful flowers from prima marketing. JOY sentiment cut use papertrey ink dies. Snowflakes border and moroccan border punched use martha stewart puncher.

I hope you like the card i create today. Be sure to visit Paper Nest Doll blog or facebook page to see more inspiration for new releases.

See you very soon :)

Altenew : Get Well

08:00 0 Comments
Good Morning!

Happy Sunday to all of you.

I could not  stop stamping this beauty from Altenew peony bouquet to make more cards with it.
So today's card is one of the first batch stamping of this stamp set. If you are my Instagram friend, you would have known what i was feedback about this stamp set i have.
I do love this stamp set but sadly what i received is a tiny bit defect. If you notice there is a dot on the peony petals, that was not intentionally but it was a defect from the stamp set itself. I have noticed it only after few batch of stamping because i stamp and also watching korean variety show. So many distraction..lol.

So today i have decided to follow my friends suggestion to send an email to altenew. I hope to hear good news from them.
Meanwhile here is the card i created for today :)

And here is the inside card.

I hope you like the card.

See you very soon and have a happy Sunday

Altenew : Praying for your complete recovery

10:04 2 Comments
Good Morning

Hope everything great at your side.

Since i started to play with Altenew yesterday, i could not stop to stamping more and make more card with it. Even-though i have to do a lot of fussy cut the images. The coordinating dies is really pricey but i hope one day i can afford to buy :)
I just purchased this Altenew stamp from local online stamp shop (Craftlovers)  because they are having 20% on the in stock items and they do have tons of popular stamps. So i can't resist to break my piggy bank and grab this. The owner kind enough to send the stamp set personally to me on the next day. So the faster it reach me the faster i want to play. :)

So here is the main supplies i used to make this card :

on top of stamping with the inkpads, i also color the flowers with pencils on the darkest area.

And here is the inside card.

Altenew : You Have My loving support

12:08 3 Comments
Hello!
Just a quick post for today.

Since yesterday i have been playing with altenew stamps and decided to get a lot of inspiration from Pinterest. I did find one particular card that really catch my eyes and decided to "scrap lift: it.
So here i am playing with Peony bouquet from Altenew and stamp it on to MFT cardstock.
If you look closely, i still made a lot of mistakes but i am still happy with the result and my hubby give his approval too :).
Instead of purely stamping it, i also darker certain area with color pencils to create some depth on the stamps.
I used adirondack liquid pearl to add some dots around the flowers.

I hope you like this card.

Good Morning!

I am Glad that you are here with me because i made another card  which i am sure it will brighten your day.

Here i am playing with my Old stamp stampavie again, so sorry this item is discontinue long time ago.  Yesterday. i browsed through  and I looked back about 4-5 years my old stampavie cards in this blog. I am so glad that my coloring skill keep improving each year.
Back then my colouring for this stamp was totally plain. Now i feel this stamp back to alive with bright colours. ^_^

I colored the image with Zig clean color real brush. Added few tiny details around the image use liquid pearl. I have not venture at Nuovo brand because too scared i will get addicted and want to purchase more. I am aiming to make use most of my liquid pearl before i move on to the new product :).

And here is the inside card. I added mama elephant mouse stamp to decorate the inside card :).
