08:00 3 Comments
Hello!!! Oh my i am behind target. It is likely i could not fulfill my target for craft resolution for this month. Although i am not be able to fulfill the type of cards which i targeted to make but in quantity terms, i already make at least 17 cards, just few more to go ^_^. So i will pat my shoulder as i am doing my best ^_^

Back to today's card. I am making a soft peach pastel card. Not much layering but i still love that it is still has lots of details, Especially when there are two adorable monkeys accompany this little girl ^_^.

I used Rose's Bike Ride from whimsy stamp wee collections and for the monkeys from mama elephant lunar animals. All are colored use Tim Holtz distress markers.

And here is the inside card.

Tiddly Inks : Enjoy Your Birthday

14:00 0 Comments

Hello! It is nice to have you here again :)

Today i am sharing another shaped card and i use this cute girl from Tiddly inks called Wryn Have a heart for Tiddly ink fab friday.
She is so easy to colour and if you are expert in coloring, i am really sure you can have fun colouring her hair and her dress.

As always, i love to do alot of layering for my cards and this time is just so extreme ^_^ but i am so happy it did not look messy, at least for my eyes :P.
I coloured wryn used copic markers, pretty simple and straight forward colouring because i can't stand the alcohol smell from copics :P.

And here is the close up. i added glossy accent on the heart to create a fun pop up feeling when i touch it :).

and here is the inside card. :)

Hope you like what i shared today.

Whimsy Stamp : Sending You Love

11:23 2 Comments
Good Morning! Happy Sunday..
Today i am finally having things to share which related to my January's targets ^_^.
If you do not know what i am talking about, here is the brief explanation. Last December, I have listed my 2016 craft goals and  few of it are to use 2015 or older stamps and make at least 50 cards.

So to achieve my target, in this month i have targeted to use old Whimsy stamps and old MFT stamps . In making with those images, i also allocated it to several type of cards (birthday, anniversary, wedding, etc).

So today i am clock in one valentine card which i created with this beauty from whimsy stamps.

I am using AMY from wee stamps collections and colored it used distress markers.

The beautiful flowers are from wild orchird craft which i distress with some with paint and sprinkles some chunky glitters. It looks so shinny. I love it!

This lovely sentiments from Lili of the valley stamps which i stamped on the pattern papers and fussy cut it.

And here is the inside card. i can't resist to add something on this page. So i have one cute images which i colored long time ago and i decided to stick this cute dog which from Tiddly Inks.

Seriously i am super happy because Penny Black stamp is my first love which makes me stay true to card making. My favourite stamps are their critters. Gosh...i never stop collecting them ^_^ and of course mimi stamps also cute

Whimsy Stamp : To a treasured friend

12:17 2 Comments
Hello!! :)

Another quick post because i am really feeling so lethargic lately.

So here is my latest card which i created use one of most popular stamp collection from whimsy stamps called rosetta. After so many samples i saw from Pinterest,i decided this stamp is a must have stamps. So i grabbed one during last year cyber monday sale.
The main points which i like about this card is the roses images where the fairy sit on it. It is just so beautiful.

And here is the close up. I Generously applied some stickles on the flowers and the fairy wings so that it looks sparkly and pretty.
The sentiment from LOTV Clear stamps.

Whimsy Stamp : Friends, So happy to have you in my life

08:00 2 Comments
Hello everyone :)

I hope you like all my cards which i made use MFT stamps few days back. ^_^
As for today, i am inspired by few of valentine cards which i saw from pinterest and play with this sweetie from whimsy stamp called Polly.
She is my friends favourite too and she regretted that she never purchase this on our last shopping sprees :).

For the base card, i decided to use my brand new quickutz dies which i purchase from amazon recently and yeah...i finally dare myself to use my very old my minds eyes paper pad from year 2011..hahhaha yes...2011 and still untouched till now because the design is just to pretty. I have whole piles of paper pads as old as 2008 ^_^.

And here is the close up of this sweetie. I colored her with distress markers because it is easier to control than reinker :).  Sentiments from hero arts and stamped use versafine vintage sephia. Flowers and metal corner from wild orchird crafts and cute pink bows from dollar store (daiso) :)

And Here is the inside card.

MFT : Ice Cream "Happy Birthday"

12:05 2 Comments
Good Afternoon!
I have decided to sit down and write a short blog post where i am supposedly sleeping right now.
The medicine cause me drowsy but i could not sleep due to noisy environment around my house. There is road construction going on till early next month :(.

So might as well i do upload my latest card with my new stamps penguin from MFT.
Nowadays, i love penguins more than owl :).

Since Singapore weather is really really hot lately, what i can think of from this theme is summer and ice cream! So i colored the penguin with summer vibrant colour to match the pattern paper from doodlebugs. I am finally dare myself to use my very precious doodlebug pattern papers.
I also added some accessories stamps from lawn fawn (crab, mini coconut trees and coconuts fruits).

I colored the whole images with distress markers and hand fussy cut it because i don't have the coordinating dies.

And here is the inside card. What a cute penguin on summer suit :P.

MFT : Happy Birthday

08:00 2 Comments
Hello!!!

Good Morning!
Back with another cutie image which i know it will draw lots ooh ahhh from many crafters.
This cute stamp is not new to many stamper but yes it is new to me.
For this time round i had to make a card with lots of cute meow meow because my customer's friend love cats so much. I guess we can probably call her cat lady :)

And here is the card.
I am using a pretty old pattern papers from my minds eyes and coloured the cat images from MFT coordinate with the pattern papers. I colored the images with distress markers because that is the easiest way since i still have to manually fussy cut the images :).
So which one is the cutest cat among the 5 cats? to me i love bottom left.

And because of that, i decided to color and cut one more to decorate the inside card.

I hope you like this simple but fun card :).

See you tomorrow. Tomorrow i will be sharing a card with bear image again, i made one more....hehehhe...you know that bear from MFT is just too cute and i could not resist!

MFT : Happy Birthday Bear

16:39 5 Comments
Hello!!!
As promised, i am bringing another card with bear image on it. I must have missed out alot when i purchased this cute stamp from MFT a couple months ago and left it untouched, because now i know this stamp image is so much fun to play with! i never want to stop playing with it. Even the details such as presents, balloons, cake, hats also perfect for other stamps ^_^. you will see it tomorrow :)

So here is my other card. Please don't focus on the wrong thing which is my nail polish :P.
Many of my friends look at my nail polish than my card ^_^.

I am still using the same pattern paper from doodlebug and colored the images according to the pattern papers. Nowadays i am pretty into this kind of style card making, but i will balance it up with the more decorated card because i have different type customers in my carousell shops ^_^

And here is the inside card. Absolutely adorable bear with a bow tie which i picked up from MFT somebunny stamp set.

MFT : Birthday Bear Hugs

08:00 5 Comments
Morning everyone!!
Today card will sure make you happy! It is bright and cute card because i use so many adorable bear images on it.

I am so happy that i finally able to play with MFT stamp birthday bear after keeping it more than half a year.

So here is the card...tadaaaa....

Since this is a happy occasion card, i picked up a product which always produce the cutest paper pads, who else than doodlebugs.
Some of my friends asked me few times, do you pick a paper to use then colour or colour then pick the paper ? Ok , i admit the efficient and the correct way is always select the paper to use first then do colouring of images so that it coordinates. But most of the time i did not do that, i did the other way.

But for this year, i will do the right way, select the paper and do some colouring :). It is really effective, i can create cards slightly faster than usual. It may also support by the images that does not require alot of colouring. But i still need to do fussy cut it :P.
I coloured the bear with inktense pencils, and for the decorations i coloured with distress markers and zig markers. The dies i used in here from papertrey ink (birthday) and la la land (fence and the lace border).

And of course...my cards always come decorate the inside.

I hope you like it!!!

CC Design : Happy Birthday

11:05 0 Comments
Morning!!! Happy New year!

Have you created a list of resolutions this year ?
I have made few craft resolutions and i have a monthly target to help with my final goals.

So here is the thing goes. One of my craft resolutions this year is make at least 50 cards and use old stamps.
To achieve this i created a monthly target and here is my target for this month :

To make cards with Whismy stamps and My Favourite Things stamps.
And here are the cards i have to make with both brands
2 anniversary cards
2 wedding cards
5 Birthday cards
1 Baby cards
2 Friendship cards
2 Thank You cards
3 Valentine cards
3 no sentiments cards.

By this far i have made 4 birthday cards and will be sharing with you for the next few days.
But for today card rather special because my friend was asking me to create a boy birthday card with basketball theme.

So here i created a basketball pattern used cuttlebug embossing folder. I got this idea from Pinterest. Printed few items related to the basketball for the additional decoration. Since i don't have images which suitable to theme from whimsy and mft so i decided to coloured an image from CC design roberto rascal.

I hope you like my very first card of the year ^_^

See you again tomorrow, you will sure like my tomorrow card ^_^
