Yenni Paper Love

Back on the blogger land for a short period as i am still in the midts of cleaning my scrap area.

Here are some projects that requested by my friend. She wants me to create a shadow box and a door hanger that goes well with the shadow box layout. This is also my very first time create a lot and alter chipboard for baby boy. Baby girl shouldnt be a problem as i love pink! :) so when my friend ask whether i have any sample for baby boy project i just simply i dont have..luckyly she trust me...lol.

So here are the results

Hi friends..i am so sorry for being bad blogger and cardmaker lately.I have not made many cards lately and  i turn my heart to scrapbooking and now turn to tags! well i have just bought some manila tags today so definetely i want to play with it..ang good things is the scrapbook store in my country finally bring up various size of the manila tags. so i decided to get the biggest one as i am going to alter it and place photo on it. this tag is 6" tag.

So here is my tag!

I am back with a layout and a card to share with you.

This layout will be the last layout i create for this week. well 3 layouts in a week is more than enough for me..unless i find an interesting photos in my comp then probably i will create again ^_^.

So this photo is taken when me and my friends finished our school and walked toward train station. the one with the blue umbrella is me and the other one is my friend who loves being photograph taken. i am so sorry for the blurr photo, i also have no idea how come today photo a little blur.

I use Penny black 40-024 Rain or shine that perfectly fit with the theme that i want to show in the layout.

I created the clouds by myself anf attached several pearl ribbons to create rain drop look like.

Image is coloured use watercolour pencils and copic for the face.

Do you need a little bit sun outhere for the fall season coming right your doorstep?So here is the layout that i created yesterday.This photo was taken last year July 2009 during my training in one of the hotel in Singapore. The department-housekeeping decided to do get together event for the new staffs and new trainee which is one of it is me.So hope the cheery bright layout can brighten your day.

I am back with another post of the day. Like i mention in the other post. i am simply want to take a break today from doing colouring images or if possible stamping also but still make cards. Just some kind of off day for my paper stumps, my sansodor and watercolour pencils ^_^. Unfortunately my glue still working hard..lol. so today card is pretty simple- well honestly to say it isnt easy to make simple card, but it is a good thing for me to different type of card making. I have learn one thing actually..to make the work faster and efficient i have to work with the same pattern paper brand. like below cards, all the pattern papers are from three bug in a rug paper pack.When you want to buy pattern paper pack, my suggestion try to choose the one with die cuts in it, not only stickers.stickers tend to be small size than die cuts.

so no futher talk....here are the cards that i created within 1.5 hours. 30 minutes each card..is it consider fast?

i guess yes for me (^_^)

Hello everyone....how is the weather there? isnt great the fall season will come to your doorstep soon? In singapore is always hot and sunny...with occasionally rain..I wish Singapore has 4 seasons ^_^

Ok back to post, This is the 3rd post of the day ^_^..yay...hope you have time to read the previous post...there is something spooky out there...

So this is the card of the day

I have learnt 2 things from this card. first is faux tiling 2nd is the pleated ribbon.

Supplies use :

Penny Black-2549K Piggy Love, 30-008 Every which way

Colour : Caran d ache watercolour pencils

Ink : versafine,versamark,distress ink-victorian velvet,versamagic-pixie dust

Paper : bazzil and american craft cardstock

Tools: Scor pal,martha stewart puncher- grass,heat gun

Other : White embossing powder,glitter-stardust, Ribbon,White gel pen,heart rhinestone

Close up :

Technique use : faux tiling

How to do :

1. cut the white cardstock- size as your desire

2. place the cardstock on the scorpal-place it diagonally

3.scor the paper ever 1/2 ", once direction done turn the paper then scor again 1/2 " to create diamond shape

4. gently swipe the versamagic ink to the scored paper.

5. highlight the line with white gel pen

6. mission completed!

If you think i need to explain with pictures do let me know ^_^.It is pretty hard to do it with picture because i have to do it alone...my hubby busy playing online game...lol

second close up :

i have seen so many crafter created beautiful plated ribbon so i just give it a try..it isnt as perfect as the other crafter but atleast i am happy with the result ^_^

So this is the 2nd thing i want top share

eeee....halloween is near the corner..so this week chi chi memories stamps is halloween!

Instead of card i decided to create a layout...the reasons are simple! first i dont know what should i do if i create halloween card. 2nd i remember went for halloween celebration last year and have some  "blur" picts with me. 3d. i have a paper pack halloween series that i bought last year on sale. 4. just nice chi chi memories has the halloween series.

isnt perfectly match!lol....must try to reduce the old stocks

Because of this now i dont event dare to throw a single strip of papers-oh no..suppose to reduce the stash but become more. The reason is because i still can use even a small amount of paper
