Good Morning.
Thank you for stopping by again today.

I have been keep thinking while posting this. Actually, this plan does really work for me and i am very happy when doing this.
If you just stop by my blog and puzzle what plan i am talking. Here is my plan : My plan is to Make use the old stamps based on the brand for one week. This will makes me to use unused stamp and being creative with the stamps that i have. Like what i did recently, i have been concentrating on LOTV brand and i am so happy i manage to play with many LOTV james bear, some LOTV girl stamp that i never think i could use for Christmas card. I will be sharing it for the next few days ^_^.

This idea started when I feel "tired" with so many cute new arrival in the craft industry while exchange rate is so crazy. So  i am force to feed my shopping habit and decided to divert my attention on what i have and be contented with it.

So today i am sharing another card use James Bear from LOTV.

I am playing with lots of fun stuffs that i bought long time ago but never  get chance to use. One of it is Circle dies from CC design. I have no idea why did i buy it that time ^_^, but glad that i love how the circle surround the gold stars create such a fun touch. I also playing with straws, bows and lace punches from martha stewart.

Here is the close up of the details.
Flowers from Prima marketing. really lovely! But sadly i could not find it anymore in the craft store.
Little red bows from dollar shops.
Gold net from spotlight. Really pretty in real.
The pattern papers i get from local bookshop. surprisingly it has a very good quality. Thick and the color really pretty.

That is it from me.

Hope to see you again tomorrow.

Christmas Card Inspiration : LOTV James Bear- Merry and Bright

09:00 0 Comments

Hello....i am back to blogging land. I am still on the road of recovery from surgery on last Thursday. It was an awful experience, not the pain of the surgery but the very bad reaction to the drip after surgery. i keep feeling nausea and vomiting. Once i ever could not breath because of i was choked when i vomited. That was scary experience. Thank you Jesus, my surgery went well and i am feeling better now. Wish me speedy recovery ^_^.

Today i am sharing another Christmas card that i made couple days ago use Lotv James bear. This time i decided to make a non traditional christmas colour.

I colored james bear use inktense pencils , pretty much easy colouring. This rough sketchy colouring is my liking lately ^_^. Inktense might not be the suitable for this because of the soft lead, therefore i have to keep sharpen it. One of my instagram friends told me about derwent studio has a hard lead, i am contemplating to try now. I have waxy pencils (prismacolor) and watercolour pencils. Tried most of it but could not find that match my liking. I could not wait get well and give it a peek at local craft store for the derwent studio pencils.

Here is the sketchy look that i love! not very define because the lead is not sharp enough but still good enough. I also love to play with dew drop from robin nest to add some interest on the card.
Beautiful flowers from wild orchird crafts. I missed to shop in their shop, it has been years and yet my flowers still alot ^_^ thou i keep using them.

Here is the inside card. I stamped another James bear use altenew inkpads. I lurveee this inkpads so much and always recommend it to my crafty friend ^_^.

That is all from me.

Hope you like what i share today.

Hello..glad to see you here again.
Thank you for stay still with me. Today i am sharing a christmas card use LOTV stamp James bear.
This bear are just too cute and it is so much fun to play with. Last year i played alot with him and made lots of christmas card with him on it. This year, i determine to play again with him, so you will see christmas card with him on it ^_^.

I am still in the mood coloring with color pencils but this time instead of prismacolor pencils, i use derwent inktense pencils. Very tricky because the watercolor pencil the lead soft so i "break" the lead tip many times. I keep sharpen the pencils to keep the tip lead stay sharp to create stroke looks like on the teddy ^_^.

Here is a close up for the teddy ^_^

And inside card.

Hope you like what i shared today.

See you tomorrow.

Hello and welcome back again.
Today i am sharing another LOTV stamp Cho with parasol and still colored with color pencils but this time i blend the color use white pencil. Quite tricky because the white pencils always cover the main image line so i keep using eraser to remove from the stamped design. But still...the result cool right ^_^.

I also decided to play around with my very old hero arts stamps (the banner on the left and lanterns on the right. Seriously, bought so many years...it is like 4 years and now i used it ?! I think the stamps looking for this pretty girl to match with :P. The pretty pattern paper is also from LOTV. It a really pretty paper with roses design on it...Must buy! ^_^

Don't you just love how all blend together ? i am also very happy because i managed to use some of my favourite embellishment (flower, leaves and bow).

And here is the inside card. Just a simple one.

I hope you like what i shared today.

Have a great day ahead.

Purple Birthday card with pretty kimono girl from LOTV

08:00 0 Comments
Hello....
Starting of the week..and i am playing with stamps from different brand. This week i will be playing with lots of Lili of the Valley Brand also known LOTV.
Seriously, awesome stamps selections, awesome brand and shipping is very fast ( I am talking shipping from UK to Singapore ^_^). Not forget to mention that they do have free shipping offer plus discount on their stamps pretty often. Last month i just scored some paper pads from them and i love it and it is free shipping. Can you imagine how much money i saved from the shipping fee because paper pad is a killer ^_^.
Lately they did have another promo buy certain amount of stamps get certain discount and free shipping include paper padS!! How could i now screaming and quickly fill up my cart ^_^. I scored 6 paper pads and i think about 8 rubber stamps. Do note their stamps does not have foam backing  ^_^.

Back to the card. I have this lovely girl called Cho with Parasol. I played around this time with colour pencils without blending. I was constantly asking myself during the coloring process "Awww what? no blending? how about those grainy look ?" But i determine to try out new way of colouring. Guess what, i get hooked ^_^. Seriously love it!

I also get a little inky and dirty for this card. If you know my style, i am not so comfy distress the edge of the paper with inks. But today was not me! so i keep going ^_^. I pretty much love the combination, purple and light brown in here.

The beautiful purple papers on the back is also from LOTV.

And here is the close up of the card.

And here is the inside card. i keep it simple because the outside is already full of things to see ^_^.

Hope you like what i shared today. Let me know your thoughts okay ^_^

Teacher, Thank You

08:00 0 Comments

Hello....Teacher's day around the corner. Some of my friends was asking me if i will be making teacher's day card for my carousell shop. Early on, i was thinking that i am going to skip making card for this year teacher's day. Well the response was not really much compare to christmas card. Since my friend asked so i decided to make few for her to select. I think i made 4 or 5 in total and i am going to share with you one of it today.

Since i am a stamp hoarder, i tend not to have time or chance to play with all of my stamps. So to be fair with those cute unused stamps therefore i decided that each week i will concentrate playing on one brand only. So for this week i will be sharing my card use stamps from CC design. You might find that some of it is already retired.

For this card i am using stamps from CC design Honey Teacher.  I colored her with copic markers (since those markers already scatter around my workdesk ^_*, too lazy to bring out my distress ink or colour pencils. I also carefully fuzzy cut her. For the papers, i used october afternoon papers which is perfect for teacher's day card. The sentiment teacher, i cut from simon says stamp dies. As always i love to distress the edge of the card.

And here is the inside card.

Hope you are inspired to make use old stamps from now on ^_^.

See you again tomorrow with more cards.

Thank you

Let's celebrate

09:00 0 Comments

Hello... Happy Friday.

Today i am sharing another card using CC design stamps and this time i am using Pinwheel Birgitta and decided to challenge myself by doing no line colouring. Seriously, it was fun and nerve wrecking but i am pretty satisfied for the result of first try ^_^.

Usually crafter use memento dessert sand to create a faint line as a guideline to colour, since i misplace my memento dessert sand so i decided to use angel pink. Well to me it is still works well ^_^.

Here is the close up, still need to learn alot in colouring ^_^.
For the background, i use tumble glass distress inks to create colour variation behind the girl and i decided to play with embossing paste and stars stencil from simon says stamp. It is not too much to our eyes but added pretty much lovely design to the background.

and here is the inside card. i stamped two cute ice cream from paper smooches stamps and colour it with copic markers.

Hope you find it pretty ^_^.
