Birthday Wishes

Yay...i am back with another card to share :) this time i created this card for Dutch Dare challenge :). This time the theme is who is in the zoo :). For my card i choosed Monkey! i dont particulary like monkeys in real but i just cant resist this cutie monkey from stampavie :)

I used kraft paper and some papers from echo park boy series...just in love with this boyish papers :)

Arent they soooo cute :) easy to colour and very fast for busy woman like me :P. the twine is from twinery...love this colour...bright orange that really suitable for boy card :)

I punched several shapes use punches from fiskar and ek success to create a cute embelisment "the star"

I am still so sorry if i cant visit your blog...i dont even have chance to crafting..once i reach home i always just want to shower and relax.. :) but i really cant wait friday nite when i have my entire time to craft! and yes..blog hop to all of your blog to find inspirations :)

By the way..despite of tiredness from working i was soo happy yesterday..as my name picked for a free one year paper craft subscription :) if i dont informed by my friends i wont know at all :)

And another things i will get my PB stamps soon from the shop that PB inc sent to one of the shop in Singapore :). What i need to do just make a cards to inspired crafters with the effect is of course temp them to buy the products. Just saying hello to spring

Good afternoon peeps...i am just back from my work :) and cant wait to share with you this card that i created few days back. I am totally in the mood of try out new colour combos..so what i come out is this. i know you might find it something common but maybe not for me..especially if you can see magnolia hairs are slightly reddish orange :) i love it...I was inpired by one of movie character and decided to give it a try :)

So it is just a simple card that really brighten my day :) hope it works for you too...

By the way share about my first day of working..it was pretty nothing much happen there as everybody was busy with their own things and i dont have buddy to teach me :) But tommorow will be totally busy as my buddy just back from leave..as the days goes it getting busier :)

Well for that nothing much to do i am actually having a headache..i was trying to self learning and guess what the ground in my office keep "shaking" it is a mild motion but since it is continuous every 10 mins,it made me headache. Under my office building has some construction that make the whole office feel the vibration...well i guess it is best for me to stand than sit :P.

Well i want to have a good rest awhile :)

Happy easter card :)

Good morning peeps :) Today will be a very short post as i am feeling very unwell..but i need to meet dateline for some challenges :P. I have created this card few days back but havent uploaded..i am very busy with wedding invitation cards order :). But dont worry..i am always have a card to share..i have few cards havent upload to my blog yet :)

So today again i am in the mood of brown colour card. i used my newly pencil set that i bought during discount time :) it is derwent coloursoft. I would say it isnt extremelly satisfy me however it gives me a different effect and feeling when i used it. No matter what if you have prismacolour...stick to it! i still love my prisma the best :) The image that i used in here is from Penny Black. love this cutie and rudie bunny that shows only its but :P. but they are all still super cute!

I would love to enter this card for Penny Black challenge.They required for easter card..well i have bunny stamps but dont have easter sentiment so i leave it blank :).

Also enter for simon says challenge-coffe and cream. They do have DT call for ONE position.it is seems impossible to me to even get their attention with this card :P. but i will just trying my luck here :)

Revamp magnolia card part 3

Finally a full set of the revamped magnolia shown :)!

Good Morning crafters :) i am totally exhausted today because of yesterday i had fun met few friends :). i met 2 different group of friends one at the afternoon and one at night.i chatted almost three hours with each of them.Believe it or not..but i am feeling very tired but happy :). By the way thanks for those who leave comments for my revamp magnolia cards this days :) it will be gone very soon as it is going to be publish :) i am so happy when i received an email from the editor to say that they loved my magnolia and will publish it. So i want to show you first the card before it is get publish :)

So for today card, i only changed the image and the colour of the image. It is pretty hard to get the exact blue colour that match the pattern paper..so without further due here is the card :)

I love how this unique blue combine with brown colour..it is just looks soo pretty :) I am so happy that finally i can played with this image. It is really pretty easy to colour. Again i used prismacolour to colour the image. I have got to find out what is the colours i use :p. as i need to explain how to make the card to the magazine :)

Revamp my magnolia card part 2

Good Morning dearie crafters...today is the day!I will be signing my letter of appointment with one company in Singapore as a temp worker for 6 months! :( so hope you do bear with me in this 6 months if i can only upload maybe 2-3 projects a week :(.So wish me luck dear :)

By the way thank you soo much for all of your comments left for my cards...i want to apologize as few days back somehow i accidentally deleted some of your comments..i am trully sad when i couldnt retrieve it back :(. Please forgive me....:(.

Now back to revamp card...the original card is on the top image...if you missed the first card you might see it here.For the first card i did change the sentiments only as i just love how the layout of the card :).

As for the second card not only the sentiment that i changed but also the image and the colours to match the pattern papers :). So here is the revamped card :)

I love to play magnolia lately..maybe i just in the mood to colour it. I am so glad i have prismacolour. looks how magnolia clothes look like. i couldnt find a colour pencils that close to the kraft paper colour and so glad i found it in my prisma set :). The sentiment is from SRM sticker that i won from challenge.

Revamp some magnolia cards :) part 1

Good Morning crafters...how do you do...:) i have just keep counting my day back to work..really make me nervous. :P. by the way today i would love to share a card out of 3 cards that i revamp just because i want to send it for publications. If you see on the picture (top) all the magnolia comes in same series and design..that is because it is "left over" from the classes that i taught. so not to waste the coloured images i used it for cards.but my friends suggest me to change the image as it isnt qualify if you use the same image with the same series. so that is why i changed 2 of them as well as the colour tone. so for today i will share with you one of it first :). For today card i didnt change the colour at all however i did change the sentiment. i want to make thank you theme for this set of cards :)

This is the original card. i used sticker from SRM stickers that i won from get sketchy challenge :). love this stickers :) too bad the shipping is away to expensive for few sheet of stickers that totally light :( if not i will just become their loyal customer :P.

The papers that i used are from prima marketing. It is their latest collection--madeline. I just love specifically this two pattern paper--the roses and the fade blue polkadot. It is really hard to get this type of pattern paper in Singapore. So when i saw this and almost fully used this 2 pattern papers..i decided to trip down to scrapbook shop and stock up few more sheets of this PP. just love it! :)

flower is punched from pattern paper from the same range with musical note on it. Flower puncher and the small cirle are from EK success. Magnolia is coloured with prismacolour :). I have a friend from Korea that coming down to Singapore pretty soon (on march) so i decided to become greedy a little bit by asking her to buy another set :). Last time i bought my very first set prismacolour from Korea and i found it is away cheaper than buy from US or singapore so why not just buy another set...i may not go to Korea pretty soon..and my friend may not come down to Singapore very often :)..Hi mellissa so sorry to trouble you :) i know it is pretty heavy :P.thanks so much :)

By the way..lately i have been browsing around youtube video. i was searching for tutotial how to use tombow marker..you what it is mean? means i want to buy it also :P. i have never really use watercolour based marker before. i have some with me...it is ZIG brushable and memento,but somehow it is doens work the same way like tombow. Tombow you can leave it for few second and you still can blend it use water. I did try brushable it works when you apply and quickly brush it with water--i dont like it. No need to say memento..it doenst blend with water..but the colours soo pretty :) Any of you every try to use tombow dual markers pen before? I love it since i saw tht tutorial but it is really very costly! but i do love it..the question is now i always see the crafter in youtube always use canson watercolour papers...i dont have it here...so how :P? do you think it will works for another brand of watercolour markers? i use dawler roney watercolour papers. Hope you share if you do use that pens :)

Another stuffs..while writing this blog i am listening and stopping by awhile at youtube to watch scrapbook haul for crafters in USA...i am totally jealous!! :) wish i could have stay there..and i will shop daily :). It is soo cheap...martha stewart puncher at USD 4.99..isnt that mad..in here at least SGD 23 which means about USD15-16...fiuh...:(. i have to go USA one day!! no matters what..hobby lobby,michaels, Jo ann,etc. :)

Friends Forever :)

Hi peeps..thanks firstly for the encouragement about my new job...:) well like jenny and dorcas said i will get more money to buy crafting...hopefully i also have time to play with it..hmm..i have lot of wish list already like zutter,bigshot,PTI stamps..aww..so many :)

so since my mood slightly better...i decided to create another monochrome card..this time sephia.and again i get comments from my hubby about the light direction :P. i am actually dont plan to create monochrome but i choosed the wrong colour for pots. The colour similar to the mouse..so might as well create monochrome card :). I created this card for my new friend who is interested on the Penny Black stamps and lately she purchase the same stamp like what i used here :) so i will just make it as an inspiration for her :). Hope she like it!

Life is sweeter when shared with friends :)

Hey peeps..it will be a short post...i am actually pretty late on posting my blog :) well maybe because of i am busy with making card. I have just received a phoned call from office that i might be working with (havent confirmed as i havent signed the aggreement). They asked me to come down on friday to sign the letter of appointment meaning sign off to get tied up :P...no time for craft :(. so i have to say to myself for this week STAMPING WHEN I CAN :). i will start working on march. It is just a temp work..well you know temp work means no benefit :(.ahhh too many things to say actually..i wish i just be able to craft and make money with it.

By the way since i am feeling a little bit gloom...so i decided to share with you my black and white card :P. This is my very first trial to colour black and white and i guess i made lots of mistake from the colouring shade to the distressing the edge :(.

I used magnolia stamp tilda with gift and coloured it with prismacolour (somehow i am fall in love with this pencils :P). The swirls are from hero arts. I stamped it with versamark and use black chalks from pebbles to colour. Love this swirls soo much :).

Papers that i used from Basic Grey basic (black and white). Black gingham ribbon from my friend nelly..i love this ribbon soo much.hard to get this black colour gingham ribbon somehow :(

Happy Birthday Cupcake-daily inspiration 6/6

Good Morning! How is your saturday soo far? i had a great time teaching my two friends. we chat till we forgot time :) but i dont feel tired at all in fact i am excited! after the class i decided to colour 3 tilda..and will share with you next week :). Do for today..this will be the last day for my daily inspiration..hope you do like my ideas so far. Do leave me a comment what do you think my daily inspiration so far? will that help you in anyway? is there anything to improve? i just want to know whether this is works :)

But i would love to say thank you for those who has been supporting me throughtout the day 1 :) thank you for your comments..it is just made my day happier :)

As for today i do another tag with lots of cupcake on it :) I still use the same set- mimi and miles but i decided to give some love to the little cupcake that people may ignore...:)

Instructions :

Make a tag from kraft paper. Cut the bottom of the tag use corner chomper cloud.

Cut a pattern paper follow the kraft shape leaving 0.5 mm every edge smaller than the actuall tag. Draw a faux stiching surround the PP.

Cut 3" circle use ledger pattern paper and affix it on top of the green cardstock. Cut the cardstock follow the circle leaving 0.3 mm. Stamp happy birthday sentiment from Penny Black clear stamp set 30-046 it is your day around the circle use versafine vintage sephia.

Stamped several cupcakes on the white cardstock and colour it use colour pencils. Once it is done cut it out and stack it like shown on the tag. Apply glitter on the top of cupcake for the final touch.

Punch 2 flowers from scrap papers and affix it in between birthday sentiment. Place rhinestone on top of the flowers. Voila you are done!'

American Craft Kraft paper, My little shoes box pattern paper,white gel pen,prismacolour pencils,stickles-stardust,martha stewart circle cutter, EK success puncher,kaiser rhinestone, Corner chomper.

Happy Mother's Day-daily inspiration 5/6 and an AWARD :)

Good Morning crafter...have you got your mojo to play with this valentine series?Hope my daily inspiration will really help you on it.well we almost there with the final daily inspiration :)

So today i decided to play with this little boy...poor thing..everyone seems love mimi more than miles :)

Hope penny black bring more miles as i found that this boy is as cute as mimi and suitable for any boy card :)

Instructions :

Make a card from kraft paper and round the corner on the top left and right. Cut a flower pattern paper leave 0.3 mm each edge except the below edge. Draw faux stiching on the edge of the PP (Pattern Paper)

Take a strip of green cardstock and punched a scallop pattern.i used martha stewart puncher. affix it to the bottom of the flower pattern paper and cut the remaining to fit the PP.

Cut a green cardstock the same width with the card that you make and the length about 3 cm. Cut a pink PP leave about 0.3mm every edge and affix it on top of the green cardstock. Tied a string use bakers twine

Stamped miles on top the white cardstock and coloured it use prismacoloured pencils (clothes : olive green,jasmine. Flower : rose pink,jasmine and olive green). Cut out the image.

Cut a circle from ledger PP. colour the edges with a colour pencils. start from green then follow with jasmine.Affix coloured image on top of the circle use 3d foam dots. affix the circle on the right side of the card.

Print out a sentiment " Happy mother's day" on the yellow PP and layered it on top of green cardstock. Affix the sentiment in between circle and miles and You are done! :)

So i hope you get inspired to create mother's day card :)

Friends Forever- daily inspiration 4/6

Hiya peeps...how are you :) ? hope you enjoy my daily inspiration so far :)

Today i will share with you a simple tag. It is as always pretty easy to do..trust me. i dont even think you need instruction :) But well just to make it as a standard..i will still give an instruction below :).

I love this pretty mimi...it is really can be use for anything..what you need to do just cut the heart share and change it to anytype of items that she can hold. I think you can even use it for easter,halloween or even christmas :). just need to change here and there :).

Intructions :

Make a tag from kraft paper. Trace it on top of pattern paper. Cut the pattern paper leave 2mm inside the line to make the pattern paper smaller than the basic tag. Cut 3 different circles from different pattern paper. Layer it on top of each other.

Stamp mimi on the white cardstock and coloured it with prismacolour pencils. The list of the pencils that i use can be found here. For the cheek i use pebble inc chalks. Affix the image with 3d foam dots 1/16. Layer the whole circle with the image on the tag.

Tie a bow from organza ribbon and affix it next to the circle.

Stamp a sentiment on the pink scrap paper used versafine vintage sephia. Layer it on top of green cardstock. Affix it to the top left of the tag. Do doodling on the circle and rectangle like shown above.Lastly apply glitter on the heart shape and mimi ribbons. You are done! :) the tag ready to go with your present or your card :)

Paper : My little box shoes,AC kraft cardstock. Colour : prismacolour & caran d'ache pencils,versafine-onyx black and vintage sephia.Other : pebbles inc chalks,white gel pen,organza ribbon

Hi Peeps..i am back with my second post for today :)

This will be a very short post :) i am pretty tired today after brought my dog out :)

This card is created for Dutch Dare Challenge. This week theme is Sparkle/Gliter/Bling! I bet it is pretty easy to do...who doesnt love bling bling like glitter :). so do join us! we will wait for you creations :)
