08:00 8 Comments
Good Morning....
I am back with another Christmas card today. who is excited that Christmas is just few weeks away ? ^_^
For today's card i made a  non traditional Christmas color card and it is a shaker card.

I was too happy adding the filler for the shaker card, till i never notice i put too much and covered tilda legs ^_^. The cute tida is colored use copic markers and to create a shaker card, i am using Papertrey ink dies to make the frame. The beautiful snowflakes behind the trees is cut used the latest magnolia dies.

And here is the close up. Just a simple copic colouring ^_^ since i am not that extremely good at it. The trees from magnolia stamp, colored use derwent inktense pencils and fussy cut it.

And here is the inside card.

Good Afternoon..Thank you for always staying with me.
I am sorry for being away . I have been busy catching up some Christmas large orders from my friend ^_^. From today, i will be sharing mostly Christmas card and will be starting with few cards with magnolia stamps.

So here is my first Christmas card for this month.
I have decided to play with my newest Christmas dies from magnolia (village scene) for this card.
I Cut the village scene dies on white card stock and paint it with acrylic paint to give off white color and slight texture on it. I also added foam dots on the back of the village scene to make it a bit pop  and glue it to the blue card stock. Sprinkle some silver stars on it.
Cut a tiny blue bow use mama elephant dies and paint it with acrylic paint.
The Joy word cut use papertrey ink dies.

The beautiful trees are from magnolia stamps, fussy cut and colored it with derwent inktense.

This cute magnolia stamp also from the newest Christmas collection for this year. I got it from stamp club that i purchased recently. I colored her with copic markers.

And here is the inside card. simple and has plenty space for my friend to write message.

The Greeting Farm : Oh Crab...I forgot

08:00 2 Comments
Happy Wednesday everyone....
I am back with a fun and bright card.
I am still playing with Greeting farm stamps from spooky set.

There are 4 cute monsters image on the sets but i love this the most. The face expression just perfect for someone who forget someone special birthday, exactly me who lately been forgetting my bestie friends. There are so many going on in my head so i am not really in the celebratory mood. Even making cards somehow does not really ease my complicated mind and feeling. But hey! i am glad i am still able to create some cards to share here. Likely i am might not be posting as often as last few weeks. I am thinking to take a short break.

Anyway here is the close up of the image. The ballons are created use embossing paste and stencils from echo park and i decided to sprinkle with glitters to make it bling ^_^.

Here is the colour list For the main image :
Blush, Pale rose, English Lavender,Light Violet, Wine Red, Deep Violet.

And of course the inside card with another cute monster. Balloon from TGF clear stamp set. I do not know the set name but it has 3 bunnies on it.

Here is my colour inspiration for the today cards.

Wild Rose Studio : Happy Birthday

08:00 0 Comments
Yay..this week rather a little special.
I have an extra card and i decided the only available slot to post will be on sunday.
So this will be my last card for dogs and cats theme.
Please be sure to visit my blog again next week for another theme.

Today i decided to play with Tilly with Gift from Wild Rose Studio. As usual, i like to colour many images in advance so for this image i am still using zig markers to colour. I also played around with some embossing powder but before that i distress the edges and swipe some inks to create some contrast. Punched blue leaves use martha stewart punches (hahahah yes i have a blue leaves) and added few wild orchid flowers on top of it. Stick several dew drops to create some details on the card.

The happy birthday sentiments was pretty light on the photo but not in actual. I used altenew stamps and ink it up with my favourite things inkpads.

I also played around with cheese cloth, doily lace, yellow lace and border punched to create few interesting layers.

And here is how the card when open.

Hope you like the card that i make today. I hope to see you here very soon.

Thanks

Wild Rose Studio : Thanks A Bunch

08:00 6 Comments
Hello everyone. Just a quick post today.
Today i am sharing another card with dog image on it and i am using Tilly with rose from wild rose studio stamp.
I want to make this card simple and there is no addition 3d flowers on it  as the main image has a huge flower.
I also decided to incorporate black color on the card. If you know my style, i barely use black for the color combo. But since the dog color is grey towards to black therefore i give it a try.
I used autentique pattern papers for this card. Played around with some buttons, rhinestones and prima marketing pearls.
And here is the inside card. very simple with a dog image from mama elephant on it.

Thank you for stopping by.

Wild Rose Studio : Happy Birthday

08:00 1 Comments
Hello. Thanks for still staying with me always.
Today's i am sharing a card still with dog image on it and i am playing with Tilly with flowers from Wild rose studio stamps. This image was the first image that i coloured way before the Bella the elephant images that i colored last week. Somehow after i colored this dog, i feel that i need to bring my attention to my Wild Rose Studio stamp collections and there it goes i created plenty of cards with bella the elephant.

For today's card, i want to make a quite small card but jam packed with details. So i decided to take my scallop square dies from spellbinder and create a base card with it follow by cut a blue square paper that fit the card base and distress it.
Cut a large circle dies on avery elle green pattern paper and distress it. Added cheese cloth and time to get your hand a little dirtly with white acrylic paint to blend the whole thing together.
Now to the main image , cut the perfect circle that cover the main image evenly use spellbinder circle dies, followed by circle scallops. Apply some glue on the circle edge and sprinkle some glitters on it.

Cut some elements to deco the empty space. For the sun and clouds i used la la land dies, fence from magnolia and birthday sentiment from papertrey ink. And lastly flowers from wild orchird craft and flower sequins from theresa collins.

Here is the close up of the colored image. I added some glitter on the flowers.

And of course here is the inside card.

Hope you like it.

Wild Rose Studio : Happy Birthday

08:00 4 Comments
Good Morning... hope you have a great week so far.
So we had enough card with cats this few days now doggie turn. For today's card i am using Wild Rose studio dog image called Tilly with Presents. Sadly this image is discontinued but you can always check your some online shop, i believe some of them still carry the last stock.

As always i colored her with zig markers, followed by added some liquid pearl surround the main image.  While coloring the image, i was aiming to use my old stash which is old basic grey pattern papers. Who would know that it turn out to be a quite bright card with a hint of dark pattern on here and there. To me basic grey papers is always looks a little grungy with a little dark distress edges on the side. It was my previous love when i still doing scrapbooking. Since now i am a avid card maker and i have a define style and colours (bright or pastel), i have neglected whole bunch stacks of BG paper pads.  But there is no way i am going to resell them because i have to price it extremely low. I can always try my best to use for something else right ?^_^

So here is the close up of the card. Playing with lots of glitters, flowers and lace.

And of course, i could not leave the inside card empty. A big no no ^_^
The flower image is stamped use altenew stamp. The sentiment from mama elephant.

Hope you like what i shared today. Have a blessed day ahead

Hope to see you again very soon right here tomorrow.

Penny Black : Wishing You Happy Birthday

08:00 10 Comments

Morning everyone. Hope everything well on your side ^_^.  I am here today with a card made use Penny Black and lawn fawn. Lately,i have not been using penny black but they are still my favorite stamps ever especially their critter collections. This card is a remake card but no matter what i remake, i always added different element into it so as good as new.

This card is requested by one of my friend who wanted to surprise her bf. Her bf loves cat and also sailor related therefore this stamp image is just perfect for this card. I am using one of the stamps in the Penny Black clear stamp set called Sunny days and colored it with distress markers.
I also played around with lawn fawn life is good which perfect with the whole card theme.
The cute smiley sun from deasy design clear stamp.

Here is the close up of the card. Lawn fawn stamps really match well with the main image ^_^

And of course must deco the inside card. i am still using the same penny black stamp set and fussy cut the image. the cat look so adorable right ? he is ready for sun bath ^_^

hope you like my card that i share today.

Penny Black : Hello

08:00 7 Comments
Good Morning..
Hope you have a good rest after a long monday.
Today i am sharing pretty much Clean and simple card which is totally not my style but i will always add a little bit element here and there that people will know that is my card. ^_^

So today i am playing with this super cutie cat from penny black called fun times (3826H). I colored him with zig markers very carefully and lightly because i want to keep the whole card is soft and pastel color. Once done i fussy cut the image carefully. Next creating background, i cut a large banner use lawn fawn dies on watercolor paper. i picked the same color of the markers that i used to color the cards. Apply the color on the non porous surface and mixed with a little bit of water then apply generously on the banner which already wet with water early on.
For the background, i am using pale rose, gray brown and oatmeal from zig markers.

Here is the close up of the image. The sentiment happy day from mama elephant that i stamped use mama elephant inkpad too then fussy cut it.

And of course since i am not using any pattern paper in the front page, i would not use too for the inside, therefore i decided to color another penny black image called cuddles (1759E) and fussy cut it. Again sentiment from mama elephant.

Hope you like this card.

Penny Black : For You, Happy Day, Happy Birthday

08:00 13 Comments
Hello...Good Morning. A little long post today ^_^ please bear with me ^_^.

Today is Monday and i am kicking in with a new theme. If you read my blog post on saturday, you would know this week theme already. Just a brief introduction for those who does not know what i was talking about. Every week i would set a target to myself to create bunch of cards with fixed theme, it could be colors, stamp brand, type of image, or many more. This to helps me to make use of the old and neglected stamps. So for this week theme, i will presents cards with cats or dogs on it. I also try on my style of clean and simple card on few cards.

So that is all about the weekly theme, i do hope you join me ^_^. I will be online on Instagram most of the time. So if you have instagram and would like to pay me a visit, do add my ig : yennipaperlove and tag me when you make a card with similar theme for this week. I would love to see because each card will give me inspirations ^_^.

For today's card, i am doing collaboration with my sweet friend that i met in Instagram. Her name is ren and her blog is Ink a paper. Her style is very opposite of mine but it does not stop me to get inspired by her creations. She has a free spirit when coloring and stamping. She likes to try new things and love to play with ink pads. Her blog post always fun to read and always has instructions on how to make the cards which is awesome! ^_^  so do pay her a visit ya! ^_^.

So why collaboration for today's card only ? that because when i did finish coloring the front image and post it on Instagram, she wrote she has the same image. So my brain pop and said why not you two make a card with the same image. It will be an awesome thing to see same image but different style ^_^. So i drop her a question and she said okay. yay! so that was how the collaboration born ^_^.

And here is the card that i made with this cutie stamps.
I wanted to make a clean and simple cards (totally simple), but i have the urgent  to inject my original style. So in this card, i added lace, twine and absolutely sequins is a must have. In fact sequins was added last because i feel something missing, something shiny when i took a picture of my early card that completely no sequins.  Hand itchy, i am actually want to add only surround the cat but end up added on the diagonal line too ^_^.
I am using penny black stamp Furry Love (3102J) and colored it with zig markers. Fuzzy cut it and add 3M foam tape to raise the image. The sentiment "for you" from mama elephant small talk. Absolutely latest favorite stamps set.

In the beginning, i wanted to keep the tag plain (completely nothing), but i thought that should not be the way. So i decided to pick another stamps set from penny black it's your day 30-046 and colored 2 more cats. one of the cats i stick it inside the card.  Stamped sentiment "happy day" use mama elephant stamps and inks.

And here is the inside card. Keep it simple but still complement with the front card. Happy Birthday sentiment from Wplus9 stamp set.

Wild Rose Studio : Hope your birthday unforgettable

08:00 4 Comments
Hiya....Last day to share my creations with this cute bella the elephant from Wild Rose Studio. . I am so thrilled and excited when i was preparing my daily blogpost presenting different bella image.
So for today's card i made another birthday card. It is always the occasion where we need card the most, right? I used Bella with present and colored her with zig markers. Again i am playing a lot with punches and die cuts. Well i need to make use what i purchased right ^_^ ?
To be honest, this is my first time i use the wonky dies from spellbinders. Hhahaha i purchased it like  3 or 4 years ago. Oh My! luckily spellbinder always produce a good quality products. It is still cut well ^_^.
So if you are curious where are all the dies on this picture are coming from, here is the list  :
The presents (top left),balloons, banners are from magnolia tilda
The fence is punched use martha stewart punches
The beautiful flowers on the left side are punched use ek success punches in 2 different size.
The butterflies punched use carla punches.

As usual i love to add lots of glitter on the edge of each pattern papers and cluster of liquid pear (white and purple) near the main image.
Two pretty mulberry flowers from wild orchid craft.

And here is the inside card.

I hope you like what i share this far and thank you for always staying with me.

Wild Rose Studio : Celebrate

08:00 9 Comments
Good Morning...TGIF! yay it is almost end of the week and i have 2 more this cuteness overload from Bella the elephant ^_^.

For today's card i am using Bella's Birthday. As the same as its name, this stamp is perfect for birthday card. As usual, i coloured her with zig markers, just a tiny bit ink on here and there because i want the colour stay soft and pastel. I also played a lot with several dies from magnolias (scallop border, fence, the sakura flowers peeking behind the bella).
While i clearing my craft room few days back, i tested few of my martha puches and got to throw some because it is totally not working. It turns rusty and jammed. So i am determine to start using the remaining punches that still in working condition often and for today i am using it to create a border behind the fence.

I love to add lace in my cards and for today's card i added two laces, one soft pink and one white flower lace. The pretty purple flower from Prima marketing which i sprinkle with some glitters.

And here is the inside. i keep it simple as usual.
